All confirmed orders undergo a strict quality check before packing to ensure products reach you in perfect condition.
Secure Packaging:
Products are safely packed using eco-friendly materials with tamper-proof seals to prevent leakage, breakage, or contamination.
Delivery Network:
We currently deliver across India through trusted logistics partners. (International shipping is not available yet.)
Dispatch Timeline:
Orders are shipped within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery:
- Metro cities: 2–5 days
- Non-metro locations: 4–8 days
  (During sale periods, delivery may take slightly longer.)
Order Tracking:
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with a live tracking link, or you can check updates in your “My Orders” section.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Failed deliveries due to wrong or incomplete addresses may incur re-shipment charges.

Our Promise:
Every SKN CRAFT product is made with love using safe, organic, and cruelty-free ingredients. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to assist you.
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:
We offer refunds or replacements only if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The item was damaged in transit.
- You received an expired product.
Request Window:
Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
How to Raise a Request:
Email us at skncraft2025@gmail.com with your order details and clear product photographs to initiate a return or replacement.
Review & Pickup:
Our support team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged via our courier partner from your doorstep.
Refund / Replacement Process:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will either process your refund or send a replacement within 24 hours of verification.
Important Conditions:
- Products must be in original packaging with seals intact.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.
